These terms apply when you use seemaabs.com or purchase from Seemab in Pakistan. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Seemab offers women’s luxury pret, formal wear, bridal and wedding dresses, sarees, kaftans, seasonal collections and ready-to-ship clothing. Handwork, embroidery, dye lots and screen settings may cause minor differences in colour or finish. Such natural variations are not defects.
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR/Rs.) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges or other order costs are shown at checkout where relevant. We may correct genuine pricing or catalogue errors before dispatch and will offer the choice to confirm or cancel an affected order.
Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when Seemab confirms it for processing or dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order because of stock errors, payment failure, suspected misuse, an incorrect price or an undeliverable location. Any amount received for a cancelled order will be handled through the original payment method where practicable.
Available payment methods appear at checkout and may include online payment or cash on delivery for eligible locations. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method. Payment providers may apply their own verification and terms.
Delivery estimates are indicative and may change due to embroidery or finishing time, bridal/custom work, public holidays, weather, courier disruption or remote destinations in Pakistan. Please check your delivery information before ordering. Risk passes to you upon delivery to the provided location.
Please review the size guide and product notes before purchase. Made-to-order, customised or altered pieces are produced to the approved specifications and may not be returned for change of mind. Follow the care instructions supplied with each garment; heavily embellished pieces may require specialist dry cleaning.

Website text, photographs, graphics, branding and designs belong to Seemab or their respective licensors. You may use the site for personal shopping only. Copying, scraping, resale of site content, interference with security, fraudulent orders or unlawful use is prohibited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Seemab is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, courier delays outside our reasonable control, or misuse or incorrect care of a product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
