Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched sooner than made-to-order, formal or bridal designs. The product page and order confirmation provide the best available estimate. Courier schedules, public holidays and remote destinations may add time.

We serve deliverable locations across Pakistan. Availability, charges and cash-on-delivery eligibility may vary by destination and are confirmed during checkout or order verification.

Customisation may be available for selected designs. Confirm the required measurements and details before production begins. Customised, altered and made-to-order items have restricted return eligibility.
Eligible items may be requested for return within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with tags and proof of purchase. Please review the Return & Refund Policy for exclusions.
Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.
Follow the care label supplied with the garment. Luxury formal and bridal pieces generally benefit from specialist dry cleaning, gentle storage and protection from moisture, perfume and direct heat.
